Used primarily as a home/office part of the year it was going to the new owner as a permanent home, but still a very sea worthy vessel. Only minor faults found but required lifting out to rectify some and for the below water survey and during the move it was identified the starboard engine did not go into forward. This highlights the problem of just surveying a vessel on hard standing and the necessity to also go for a sea trial, whether before or after the main survey. But a fine seller rectified all, at his expense, and the sale went through smoothly.
